How long is the warranty period?
1 year or 1000 running hours, whichever comes first. However, we can extend the warranty period for certain special projects.
Is there a global warranty?
Engines of Weichai, Cummins, Volvo, MTU, Perkins and other generator sets, as well as generators of Stamford and LEROY-SOMER enjoy global warranty service, so you don't need to worry about after-sales service. For serious after-sales issues, we will send after-sales engineers to handle them.
Payment Terms
We accept deposit + balance payment. We can adjust payment terms based on special projects and orders.
Delivery Time
Usually 45 days. When special engines and alternators are involved, delivery time may be extended.
